This includes monthly planning meetings, full vendor management, timeline building, RSVP management, layout, design, and support for whatever unique needs arise for you in the process.

Full service planning is the best way to build a solid foundation for your event. It can begin before your venue and date are secured to have support and local knowledge at your disposal right from the beginning.

Partial Planning is having a pro on your team to support you through the planning process. This service covers the logistics of the event but leaves some of the planning up to you.

Partial Planning is Stoked’s most popular service, because most couples find some support necessary to plan a destination wedding while keeping the process stress-free.

For straightforward events with fewer components, coordination can be an affordable way to make your mountain wedding happen.

Coordination allows you and your guests to enjoy the event instead of managing logistics.

Stoked offers a “month-of” package instead of a “day-of” one in order to provide timelines & layouts before your deadline, as some of the local venues require.

For groups of 30 or fewer, your needs will look a little different. Micro weddings can also be an excellent way to make your vision come to life on a budget.

Stoked offers slightly altered packages for micro weddings at each level (Full Planning, Partial Planning & Coordination) so that smaller groups still have access to any package.

Start with a coordination package and add services from there. This is a great way to plan your own wedding but have a professional check your work mid-way through to make sure your bases are covered. You don’t need to commit to additional services on contracting, just add them as you go!

Stoked offers planning & coordination for social events not related to a wedding. All packages are built custom for the event’s needs.
